South African Police Clearance Certificates
Our company has assisted many clients with the process of applying for a South African Police Clearance Certificate for Australian migration purposes and for migration to other countries. The process usually takes approx 6 - 10 weeks from submitting your application to the authorities. However as the South African Police Service (SAPS) may consult with external agencies, processing in some circumstances, may take longer than usual. The South African Police certificate may disclose details of any offences previously committed by the applicant and details of the sentences imposed. It may also disclose any other names that the applicant has been previously known by.
Our service includes providing you with the application and fingerprint forms, advising you where to go to have your fingerprints taken, and sending and receiving your application to Pretoria by courier service. We also monitor the status of your application with the SAPS to ensure that we are advised when it is complete. We also arrange payment of the ZAR 59.00 processing fee.

GETTING STARTED WITH OUR ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
Our process for assisting you with applying for an South African Police Clearance can be done in 4 easy steps.
Step 1.
Contact us if you are in Australia to find out where you can go to have your fingerprints done. If you are outside Australia you should attend you closest police station to undertake fingerprints. These will need to be posted to us to include with your application.
Step 2. Payment
Pay our service fee of Au$385.00 by credit card using our ANZ online payment facility. This will open a new window for payment processing. On completion please note the receipt number. The fee includes the South African Police Check application fee, our service fee and any disbursements associated with your application, including sending and receiving your application to Pretoria by courier.
Step 3. Complete Questionnaire
Revert to this page and comprehensively complete the questionnaire below starting with entering the receipt number obtained from the above transaction. (for ease - use "Copy & Paste" of the receipt number). Note you will have to upload a copy of your drivers license or Passport photograph page.
Step 4. Submit form
Submit the form and we will revert to you with further processing instructions. Ultimately you will be required to sign the form which we will email to you for verification and signature. You will then need to return the signed form and fingerprints to us prior to submission (by post as we require an original signature).
